Women and youth in rural Kenya face shrinking opportunities for income generation, especially as traditional livelihoods become unsustainable. Through Naretisho™, our economic empowerment program, we offer practical skills and business knowledge that allow women and young people to not only survive but thrive.
We work through existing women’s and girls’ groups across Maasai villages, providing hands-on training in tailoring, beadwork, and goat rearing. We also offer business development services such as mentorship, financial literacy, and access to markets. Our goal is not just to increase income, but to build confidence and leadership. We invest in future entrepreneurs and changemakers especially those who’ve been excluded from formal education or employment systems. With this program, we are proving that rural resilience is not just possible it’s powerful.

Equipping women and youth with practical skills in tailoring, beadwork, and goat rearing to support sustainable livelihoods.
